Anti Rocker wheels go in the 2nd and 3rd wheel position on a 4-wheeled frame to make the hblock grind easier. These are NOT wheels to roll around on like normal wheels and spacers are NOT Included. Their internal diameter is 8mm and will work without frame or wheel spacers in the majority of setups
